General Guidelines
Returns are accepted only if the request is initiated within the return window mentioned for each product category.To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in original condition, with all tags, manuals, warranty cards, and packaging intact. Products that are damaged, used, or altered by the customer will not be eligible for return/refund.
Certain categories of products are non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, or customization reasons (detailed below).

Types of Returns Accepted
- Refund: Full refund back to the original payment mode.
- Exchange: Replacement of the same product (size/color issues in clothing).
- Store Credit: If preferred, we may offer store wallet balance for future purchases.
Refund Process
Once a return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your doorstep (wherever serviceable).
In case reverse pickup is unavailable, you may self-ship the product, and we will reimburse shipping charges (up to a fixed limit).
After inspection of the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refund Method
Refunds will be credited to the original payment mode:
- Credit/Debit Card → Refund to card.
- Net Banking/UPI → Refund to bank account.
- Wallet/Store Credit → Back to wallet balance.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) → Refund via bank transfer or store credit.
Conditions for Rejection of Return/Refund
Your return/refund request may be declined if:
- The product is returned without original packaging, invoice, or accessories.
- The product is found to be used, damaged, or tampered with after delivery.
- The return request is raised beyond the specified return window.
- Categories marked as non-returnable are requested for return.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as a return request.
- In case of prepaid orders, a full refund will be issued upon cancellation approval.
Exceptions & Special Cases
Defective/Damaged on Arrival: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos. Wrong Item Delivered: Eligible for free replacement/refund. Flash Sales & Discounted Items: May not be eligible for return/exchange unless defective.
Customer Responsibilities
Ensure correct size, color, and product selection before ordering. Pack the product securely while returning, to prevent damage during transit. Provide all necessary details (order ID, invoice, photos if needed) when raising a return request.
