Iramika E-Commerce Cancellation Policy
At Iramika, we value our customers and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations work on our platform.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped/dispatched.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; however, you may request a return or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
- To cancel, log in to your account and request cancellation from the “My Orders” section or contact our customer care.
2. Cancellation Charges
- No cancellation fee will be charged if cancelled before dispatch.
- If the order is prepaid and cancelled after processing but before dispatch, a small deduction (like payment gateway fee) may apply.
3. Order Cancellation by Iramika
We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
- Product out of stock or discontinued.
- Incomplete or invalid address/contact details.
- Payment not received or transaction declined.
- Fraudulent or suspicious transactions detected.
In such cases, the customer will be notified immediately, and any prepaid amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days.
4. Refund on Cancellation
- Prepaid orders cancelled successfully will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- COD (Cash on Delivery) orders cancelled will not incur any charges.
